It is for the third year running that we have kept a high rank in the top ten of the most attractive employers according to the independent Universum Polska 2022 ranking. In the “Law” category, we hold a strong, 7th position. What is more, surveyed students once again selected us as the second most professionally attractive law firm in this group.

Every year, the Universum Global ranking selects the most desirable employers in seven market categories. The results are based on an independent survey of thousands of students. In Poland, as many as nearly 16,000 students from 77 higher education institutions took part in this project. The study is also helpful in identifying new trends when it comes to the qualities that the future lawyers appreciate in their prospective employers. Apart from high salary, the students value employment security as well as academic and professional development opportunities.
