PROF. MATACZYŃSKI SPEAKS AT THE NATIONAL ADVOCATE TRAINEES’ ACADEMIC CONFERENCE

At the recent National Advocate Trainees’ Academic Conference, which ran from 22-24 September 2017 in Warsaw at the Ministry of Development, Prof. Mataczyński presented his paper entitled The supervisory board and audit committee functioning model in the corporate oversight system viewed from the perspective of the Act on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Supervision of 11/05/2017 and the Code of Commercial Companies Act of 15/09/2000.
