On 26-27 September 2014 V National Congress of Civil Law Lawyers organized by the Department of Civil, Commercial and Insurance Law Faculty of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań took place in Poznań. The Law Firm was a partner of this event.
On the first day of the Congress the Partner of the Law Firm prof. Tomasz Sójka gave a lecture on “Agreement on the execution of orders to buy or sell financial instruments”. On the second day of the Congress another partner of the Law Firm delivered his lecture – prof. Maciej Mataczyński. His lecture concerned the law which is applicable to the legal form of transactions concerning creation, merger, division, transformation or liquidation of a legal entity and the disposal of share rights.
