Mr. Rafał Sikorski, doctor habilitatus and a partner at SMM Legal, has been granted the Minister of Science and Higher Education Award for his postdoctoral thesis, entitled “Patent Resources in the European Union Competition Law” in the 12th competition to find the best undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, postdoctoral or engineering thesis or dissertation on intellectual property.
The competition had been announced by the Polish Patent Office earlier in 2014.
