Speech of the partners of the Law Office Sójka & Maciak in the Polish newspaper “Puls Biznesu”

On 25 August, in the Polish newspaper “Puls Biznesu” was published an article regarding excessive length of juridical commercial proceedings entitled “Rusty machinery of justice” (pl. “Zardzewiała machina sprawiedliwości”) by Jacek Kowalczyk.

The author of the article quoted some  comments made by the managing partner of the Law Office Sójka & Maciak attorney at law Przemysław Maciak who had suggested that a recipe for improving the administration of justice could be, among others, the specialization of courts for the settlement of specific types of commercial disputes. The author of the article also quoted another partner of the Office – Jarosław Bełdowski – who has emphasized that the economic efficiency of the judiciary could be improved by an important reorganization of Polish judicial administration.
